Thank you note from Kenya is just that, a touching ‘thank you’ from the staff and patients of the Lwala Community Health Center to The Real Medicine Foundation and the Worlds Children’s Fund. In it members of the community say thank you in their native Luo for sustaining the clinic and in the end teach us all how to say thank you this way - Erokamano.
